4.2 Travelus Service Fees: In addition to any penalties or non-refundable charges imposed by the Third-Party Supplier, Travelus reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for any requested amendments, cancellations, or reissues of travel documents. These fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Client Responsibility: It is the Client’s sole responsibility to review and comply with all cancellation and change policies before confirming a booking. Any refunds processed will be subject to Travelus’s service fees and the Third-Party Supplier’s refund timeline.
